Pseudopregnancy? UPDATE: MC POSSIBLE

is a condition in which a non-pregnant woman believes that she is pregnant".

I have been SURE I am pregnant again after my MC last month. BUT, I am so scared to get excited. I came across this definition in my readings, and wonder if perhaps I could be experiencing this.

They say women who have just experienced a MC or loss actually "believe" and want to be pregnant SO badly, that their hormones are actually altered and pregnancy symptoms are present without an actual pregnancy.

Anywho- anyone POSITIVE they were pregnant, but then came right on time?

I had a mc at the beginning of February.. and this is our first month ttc since then.. i noticed this weekend that my skin has broken out (like middle school!!!) my shoulders, back and face.. I feel soo ugly

also i feel different.. and very tired! we shall see on wednesday/thurday.. when the is due!

I would just like to share that I have been there. Convinced that I was pregnant, even at 6 months after my first miscarriage, when we weren't even trying again yet. I hope this isn't the case for you. Hoping you get the outcome that you are patiently waiting for..........

Here I go: symptom searching.

I have diarrhea?!? Only one bout all day.
Tummy pains. Could be from diarrhea though? But cramps still there hours later.
Lots of cm. Feels like I've peed my pants!
Very tired. However, this could just be me being tired?

Is it too early to tell? Or could I be? I know that it's way too early for a preg test.

I hate waiting.

Well I am almost 2weeks late now... To scared to test but got all the symptoms!!!!!!!!!!!!! Naseau, vommiting, tummy upset, cramping gone now, BUT ALSO BELIEVE MY MIND IS PLAYING TRICKS ON ME!!!!!!
After losing CJ i have never had AF without medication... so i could probably just be very late again!!!!!!

I know how you feel CarCam, it will 4 weeks on Fri since we lost our little bean, so in theory I could be due AF on Fri. I think I ov approx 2 weeks ago, but not 100% sure (as haven't been charting temp just observe CM).

OH suggested testing but I don't want to , if tis BFN then I won't know for sure as could technically be another 2 weeks plus AF arrives, but half of me (the POAS addict) wants to test just to see.

So I've succumbed and order some 10miu IC (dip & midstream), and will test just to see

Hi Carcam, we lost our bub 5 weeks ago and wanted to try again straight away. I had crazy bad nausea for 4-5 days but showed up a couple of days later. Its really interesting to read your thread about this and makes me think thats what it was all about for me.

Well I hope its all good news for you hun, i've got my fingers x'ed! I'm now on CD 6 and back on the clomid so heres hoping!!

well this month ive had sore leaky boobs werid fluttering in my belly very tiered and very hormonal iam two weeks late ive done three tests in cluding a clear blue today but they were negtive.

i dont know if its because my best friend is pregnant because i got this last time but then when she did give birth i caught pregnant xx

Thanks so much for your imput and experiences ladies. I am so scared at the moment. I started doing some weird mucusy spotting like I did last time I was about to miscarry. I haven't even tested positive yet, but I am so afraid I am going to lose this pregnancy as well.

My husband is completely carefree, but I am freaking out. I am trying to remain calm and cool for (possibly) the baby.

I NEVER see weird spotting like this before comes, so I know that I was right, I am indeed pregnant.

Please pray for me ladies, I am a wreck.

I have had some serious moments of pseudopregnancy since my loss. It's hard to explain, and if it wasn't for certain events, I would swear I had everything wrong.

hi hunni if i were you i would do a test just to make sure. it could be that you are pg but miscarriage can do weird things to your cycles and and can take a while to get back to normal so it could be your af.

dont want to put a downer on things but unless you do a test you cant be sure. if you are pg then i really do hope the bleeding stops and its just implantation bleed or something. x

Thanks everyone. I did get a faint positive last night, but it is still very early. I wouldn't expect for another 2-3 days.

My pregnancy symptoms are picking up, as well as my bleeding. I even had to pull over to the side of the road this morning to get sick. I can't imagine this is all in my head.

I just hope that this bleeding stops, and that this is extremely sticky! (Is it just me, or does that cute little baby/pacifier icon make you want a baby even more!? It's so darn cute!)
