My little girl wore this at 6 months old. The label actually states 2-3 which is madness! It would go nowhere near her now at 18months 
V cute on! Has a headband with the pumpkin leaf on, which is velcro at the back to adjust slightly.
Only worn to nursery for an hour for photos at a party!
