Puppy Lane Cottage playhouse

We bought this for Lottie last Xmas and it sat in the playroom for a few months then got put away! It comes with the house, puppy and a little kennel for teh puppy, we also bought the garden seperately which comes with a bunny! Its all in excellent condition and would make a lovely xmas present. Its not boxed but i could sent via courier. Looking for £25.

I haven't got any picss as we took it apart to store but if you google 'dream town puppy lane cottage' you'll see it. It is girly but Harry loved it! I'm not sure what age its recommended from but its a soft house so I guess for toddlers + x
