Puree's and wind?

Does anyone find that puree's (jar food) gives their baby gas?

My LO has been on jar food stage 1 for 2 weeks now and has started getting more gas. It don't not bother him. It does not stay inside of him, it just comes right on out. I was just wondering if the new foods in his system is causing it. I am not worried by any means just curious is all.

Although she doesn't have purees, Ruby usually does a couple of fairly big burps after eating solids. I think it's pretty normal.
