Question about Ovulation Tests

I'm one of these people that like to find out everything before i even need to use something lol so i was wondering if you could help me, I'm really a novice when it comes to OPKs . Me and my OH are going to TTC again after my AF has finally shown up after my MC and i was thinking of getting the Clearblue Digital Ovulation Tests. My question is when do you start using them and how many times do you use them per day? and do you use them every day of the week?

I haven't used these tests and I am sure they all vary slightly. I would say that when you buy them it will advise you on your leaflet. I have a 28 day cycle and start on day 11. As for how many times a day - I do not believe it is set in stone - some people do it more often than others as they do not want to miss the surge. I have had my surge and so am now doing them more often as I wanted to be sure that it was my surge and my line is now very faint so its definitely gone.

I'm a little confusd about these tests too. I bought some CB digi o tests last week, my cycles went from 25 days for 3 cycles to a 35 day followed but 2 30 days. I'm on CD10 today, the leflet says for a 30 day cycle then start testing on CD13, for a 35 day cycle starting testing on CD18, im thinking maybe go inbetween and start testing on CD15/16. just really dnt wanna miss my surge and they are not cheap to keep buying more where i live. xxx

I started testing right after my period ended. I got my first big smiley face yesterday. I also tested with the OPK test strips and got a moderate line. I don't think the strips are accurate at all and are a complete waste of money. The Clear Blue digital was the only OPK device that detected my surge. Good luck and much baby dust to you!!

Forgot to mention that I tested twice a day once in the AM and once mid afternoon daily from the day monthly friend ended to the 14th day of my cycle.
