Question about the order of teeth coming through

Mia has 4 teeth at the bottom, and no top ones out yet!
Anyone else's baby like this?
Her top gums are very swollen and red, but I can't feel anything cutting through at all.

Brennan got his left bottom, then the right. Then came the top left I tooth, then his left front, then the right I tooth, then the bottom left I tooth, then the top right. The last 4 come in with in a week of each other.

Hannah's bottom 2 teeth came in within a week of each other and then about 2 months later the top 2 appeared together. When I felt her gums there was so sign of them they just sorta appeared!

So pretty much it goes 2 bottom, 2 top, then 2 bottom.
Where are her top teeth then??

bottom 2 then the top two my friends lil boys fangs came through first

Teeth can come through in any order, usually it is 2 bottom 2 top, but not always, my friends little one got molars first, then 2 fangs, he looked strange for a lot of months with no front teeth only back one!!!! Lol
