question re BBT?

hi ladies

I have a quick question re BBT. I have started tracking mine. It was 36.3 then 36.1 then 36.3 etc then it dropped to 35.9 then today it went up to 36.4. Are these last two results the dip followed by the rise which indicate ovulation?

Hi Madeline!

It is possible that you have ovd with those temps, but you need to wait it out a bit. If you use a site like www.fertilityfriend.com they will do the maths for you. But basically you need three consecutive temps which were higher than the average beforehand. It's much easier to figure out if it's visual - are you plotting your chart on a graph? I'd use the FF software if I were you - it's free and pretty cool!
