My boyfriend had a semen analysis done at the end of Oct. It showed he had a high number of "round cells" (which are probably white blood cells). He repeated the test last week and they said everything looks good and is all within the normal ranges except that his "round cell" count is up to 4 million/ml (supposed to be under 1 million/ml). They want him to follow up with a urologist that is about 2 hrs away from where we live. I'm sure it's going to be a few weeks till he can get an appointment with them (got to call them on Monday to make an appointment). My gyne who ordered the test said that more than likely it's some sort of infection and they will probably want to do a course of antibiotics. I should be ovulating around the 28th of this month. My questions are..... 1. Is it ok to continue to try or should we wait until he sees the urologist? 2. Has anyone had any success conceiving with a high round cell/white blood cell count?
