Hi, anyone reckon it's alright to switch from cow and gate to SMA gold tonight.. The ingredients are similar. My boy is 6 weeks old and i've run out of cow and gate and have a massive sma tub to use, which I bought because someone said the sma gold is most closest to breastmilk (which is not really true, as they're all very simlar to eachother). Anyone had any problems with switching.

SMA is thicker than cow and gate so watch out for constipation if you switch. Personally i wouldnt switch brands unless for medical reasons. They only have little tummys we dont want to upset them too much x

I've switched brands multiple times with zero problems.

i did a instant switch from aptamil to cow and gate, but lyssa was five months old, and refusing point blank to drink aptamil (it was when they changed the carton design, they said the milk was the same but lyss seemed to disagree) anyway at that age we had zero issues but im wouldnt recommend it at 6 weeks hun
