I've just got one from EBay but it hasn't got any instructions with it - we've worked out most of it - but was just wondering:
1. What is the little pulley thing for by the handle on the left hand side?
2. Is there a way of locking it once it's down so that it stays down when you touch the handle?

Any other handy tips would be useful too - thanks?

I have the pully thing on the left hand side too, I think it's the clip for a parasole, but I'm not 100% sure. I also watched the kiddicare video, it really helps as we didn't have any instructions either x
