Radioactive iodine treatment, breastfeeding

Does anyone have experience of radioactive iodine therapy whilst breastfeeding? Were you able to maintain your supply during treatment, how long did you spend away from LO? Any tips other than pumping for keeping supply up? If you had surgery as well, how long total was it until you could bf again? Thanks.
