Ramzi Guess for friend? 7wks 4d?

Hi ladies - I'm usually pretty good with guessing, but I can't figure out where the villi is on baby for my friend. She had a TV ultrasound, I believe she is either 7wks 3d or 7wks 4d in the ultrasound. A little blurry to tell for sure up top there.
