Ramzi theory guesses

Please please please help!! This is 7 week transvag ultrasound. I dont get the Ramzi theory!!? Please help explain and guess driving myself crazy trying to guess!! Thanks sooo much!!! oh top of ultrasound is to the left when I posted it rotated my pic?

I'm confused on how this works, I know this is old but, is there an update? I went for an ultrasound and they told me my baby is on the left side of my uterus and the yolk sac is on the right side of the baby, what does that mean?!
