I'm not very good at measurements n portion sizes so just use what u wud depending on how many ur feeding.

Boil some pasta.
Drain.
Chuck in tin of choppe tomatoes.
and some chopped chicken breast chunk or cocktail saugages.
Small tin if sweet corn.

Slop on plate grab a fork n get it down yer neck.
