Hiya, long story short, I have irregular periods. It's not unusual for me to miss a month, which I did in December, yet since AF got me 4 days ago I've been feeling unusual pains down there. I know it's normal to get some pain, but this one is unlike any I've had before. When I'm weeing, i'm getting nasty stabbing pains and I can feel it right up in my ovaries (both at the same time for some reason) and although AF has now gone I am still feeling them. I drove on a bumpy road earlier too, and every bump I went through I felt stabbing pains down there, milder, but still something I've not felt before. Do you think perhaps I have a water infection or something? I'm not weeing any more often or feeling ill at all, it's all in my ovaries  Just thought I'd ask on here before I waste half of my day in a doctor's waiting room.
:dust:

Stabbing pains when you pee is usually a sign of an infection which would make sense if stabbing pain even while driving. Honestly you should go to the doctor. I'm sorry and good luck.

Agreed, go see the doctor and check infections! Anything you can think of... Test .
Also it could be endometriosis on the bladder.... Have you god any endo symptoms at all? If so and no other cause found, you could ask them to check for endo...
Sorry hun... :hugs:
