rant - am i unreasonable?

Deleted. Kinda resolved, either we are downgrading to a 2 bed with mum or we are moving in with ohs family seeing how it goes. we had a talk saying she would not threaten to chuck us out and she wont raise the rent whenever she pleased until we finish our degrees and get a place so 4 years and she said she completely agreed, flash forward 30 minutes and she goes mental at me again. Her temper is ridiculous.

Does she want your help? Because it seems like she's trying to find a way to get her house to herself. Personally I'd either move in with OH's parents, or rent a room near to uni. My brother only graduated last year and his room was £58 a week inclusive of all bills, in a nice central location walking distance to uni.

Also if you and your DH don't earn anything and you've evidence of being financially independent from your parents your student loan should cover your living expenses as well as your fees?

She says she does and ever since we started paying her she has been able to buy herself nice things. We got offered a council today but its a 2 bedroom in a really bad location, the same flat was in the paper 3 months ago because someone as murdered in it which freaks me out, i just feel so stressed financially.
If we dont go back to college we are stuck in bad paid jobs forever, ccant progress to mortgage with the jobs we have etc so we have to go back, we might have to move in with ohs pparents, they have 2 spare rooms and we know his mum wants him back but we arent sure about his dad. I'm at a lost i just wish i could have security i feel like every time i feel settled the rug gets pulled from under me. I finally had a plan we could afford to go back and now this. They wont pay rent for us college because i will work part time but i cant afford it on part time but i dont want to quit because its a job that will give me a foot in the door with social work x
