Rash on breast

May I pick your brain ladies?

I've been having some sort of rash underneath, around, between and now on my breast for about 3 days now.
Its seems to be spreading.
Its NOT painful, hot or itchy. Just red patches.

I haven't changed anything besides my diet, I wear no breast pads and very seldom bras.

What can it be??

Edit: my nipple are is not infected at all. Breastfeeding is going really well!

hmmmmmmmmm. I sometimes get what i think is heat rash when lo has been asleep on me. Usually occurs if im not wearing a bra as the skin rubs together and sweats.
