Hey ladies!

Ive posted this in my February Rainbow group as well, but Ive been researching Raspberry Leaf and the benefits is has on your uterus. Ive read it can help thicken your uterine lining and improves overall uterine health.

I know that people can take it when TTC, but since I have just had 2 back to back mc's, I'm thinking my uterine lining may not be thick enough.

Is it safe to take during first tri?

Ive read about taking it in early pregnancy but I mentioned it to my midwife and she totally no no'd it till 32 weeks. I've read so much conflicting advice but most medical studies suggest it's dangerous in first tri so i decided it wasn't for me. Have they got you on asprin or checked your progesterone?

I've read that it's a no-no in the first trimester. Have you had your progesterone checked? If it's too low, that can cause MCs (I suspect that's what caused both of my CPs).

Thank you for the replies!! No I haven't gone to the doctor yet, but I have started taking baby aspirin so hopefully that will do the trick!!

No! RLT is not safe.

It helps with uterrine contractions, hence over 32 weeks!
