real 999 calls on tv? brave little boy so cute!

Just watching this & there was a little boy on i missed his age but he looked & spoke around 4 yrs old .. anyway he'd phoned 999 coz his mum was fitting on the floor it was showing you the real call he made & bless him he was so brave & cute it brought tears to my eyes .. the real tears came when the operator asked his name he replied " jacob " then she said what is your mums name he replied " mummy " ...i mean awwww how cute !!

Following this i'm gonna ask a question in kids section for anyone with kids .x
