I take my OPK sample at 2pm. I'm trying to be really consistent and not wee for 4 hours beforehand like the packet says. I had a wee at 10am and needed another at, like, 10:45!!!! I'm sure these things don't take into account people with incredibly rubbish bladders.
Been sat trawling bnb for 2.5 hours and I don't think I can last much longer!
