Really need help understanding OHs SA results

I really need some help knowing what the SA results mean in terms of in/fertility... Thank you! I think frm a quick google the count is v low, but not sure because of the way it is put. We did get preg earlier this yr, but wondering now if that was a one in a million fluke! (in any case it ended in mc)

Doesn't look great but as you know it only takes 1. Have you got your man into using vitamins to help? Sorry i cant help more and good luck hun.

Fx that one wee swimmer makes it through! Back for follow up apt with consultant in a couple of wks so will be vg to get more info then. OH on preconception multivits & maca. He is going to take more vit c.

My DH's first results were worse than that & his second were slightly better.

I'm still hoping they'll continue to improve at that rate (count from 1million per ml to 4 million per ml in 10 weeks, 98% immotile to 79% immotile etc.).

Hubby has given up booze/ caffiene/ hot baths & takes 5 vitamins a day:

Wellman Conception
1000mg vit c
20mg zinc
B100
1000mg Fish oils

He also eats a couple of bananas a day & we're organic on as much as we can find.

Fingers crossed for both of us x
