Really random question.. Tandem Nursing?

Right, you know if you BF through your pregnancy, and then BF a newborn, do you still get colostrum??

Yes you do. From about 30 weeks your milk will change to colostrum, which can act as a laxative on your toddler (nice lol), but if you're still feeding your milk should come in a lot quicker after birth.

apparently your body recognizes which LO you're feeding and makes different milk for each. thats what i read anyway!

its mad innit! you can either feed each baby off a different boob, or apparently there's like a visual recognization thing

It will initially stop producing milk when you great pregnant and produce again. When induced again for the first time, then it is colostrum that is present and ideally given to new born to which milk production is again flowing.. This is as far as I know....
