Yes you do. From about 30 weeks your milk will change to colostrum, which can act as a laxative on your toddler (nice lol), but if you're still feeding your milk should come in a lot quicker after birth.
It will initially stop producing milk when you great pregnant and produce again. When induced again for the first time, then it is colostrum that is present and ideally given to new born to which milk production is again flowing.. This is as far as I know....
