Sorry for the dumbness...

We use TT CTN bottles, combine feed and have done since Harry was about 3.5 months. We are now mostly FF. However, he sort of drools milk out the corners of his mouth.

We're using Variflow teats as he got frustrated with size 1s and size 2s choked him.

Also, sometimes the teat sinks a little bit back in, any ideas what this is?

It usually gets sucked back in if a vacuum is created. Do the Variflow teats have valves in them? If so, just make sure they're not stuck together.

This happened to us with the teats and as PP said before you sterilise them rub the anti colic valves ( under the teat) between ur fingers so that it's not stuck together, we went for ages with the teats collapsing before we discovered this! Hasn't happened since :) also my lo always drools a bit of milk, i just make sure he's always got a bib on :) good luck x x x

What helsurf said

The anti-colic vents are the little v-shaped things in the lid. If the edges get stuck together, the air can't get out so the teat collapses.

Jake has the tt ctn bottles too and he dribbles too!! He does seem to do it more with the variflow teat but I put it down to him being a greedy gump lol

I have found that she dribbles and looses milk if her tongue is in the wrong position we use the no 2 teat

My LO dribbles much more when she still has a burp to come out.
The valves on the TT bottles are a pain!

Cos we are using SMA staydown she was having trouble with the size 1 and 2!

So we have gone to nuk and much better :) not so easy I have got use to the in bottle powder dispensers!
