really worried Help!:(

ok for about 3 yrs now im having weird sensations where my heart suddenly begings to race, also if im awakened when sleeping ma hearts starts thumping out of my chest almost feels like adrenalin and i feel like im shaking from this inside its so strange and quite scary anyone else going trough this ? thankyou

Go to your GP with your concerns, sound like palpitations which can be normal but they may want you to have an ECG and ECHO to rule anything serious out x

It could be anxiety, I suffer from it and get the same symptoms but do mention it x
