So after putting together my crib my mom asked me to google how to install the mattress support system....come to find out my crib has been recalled!!!!!!! So now I have to send in all the info and hopefully get a voucher for a new crib. Annoying that we had to find that out after putting the crib together, but hey atleast I will get a brand new crib, lol.

From Jardine 0303G00....I just hope I actually get the voucher because we got the crib from a garage sale, but the company doesnt know that. :haha:

:haha: Hey, it's worth a shot!!

And do you know where I can find a list of the recalled cribs? I know Graco just had a HUGE recall and I haven't been able to find the list anywhere! I have the Graco Lauren Classic Convertible and I read somewhere that the Graco Lauren was recalled, but then I saw something about the Lauren Classic Convertible not being part of the recall. And every place I go tells me to "check the list" :grr: I would, if I could find the damn thing!

I would just google the crib model number, if yours is a stationary side then its safe, they had a drop side one in that model that they recalled. You have the crib that I want :-p.

But this website can send you recalls by email and whatnot

Thanks
Thankfully mine wasn't part of the recall. I didn't get a drop side crib because I thought they were all deemed unsafe? Like I thought they didn't make them anymore. I don't know where I get my information from. :haha:

The govt is trying to pass a law that they cannot be made anymore for safety reasons, idk, me and my brothers all had drop side cribs and we obviously lived, but I read they made them somewhat sturdier at that time than they do now.

Yeah, "back in the day" they were made of metal hardware as opposed to the plastic hardware that's used now. The plastic hardware snaps a lot, possibly catching baby when it falls.
