hello Ladies hope you are all good and babydust to you all..
I think this platform and you are all my only hope of getting some sort of advice.. As doctors have been useless in my eyes...
quick rundown i wont bore you with details.
TTC 2 years, i am 38 and my OH has excellent swimmers. all of my bloods and hormone tests all came back postive at my visit. But I found out after an SIS with the fertility clinic that i needed to get exploritory laporoscopy which i did, Grade 3 moderate endometrosis and both tubes blocked! surgery was a success..
But that was start of July!! i now have had three cycles and in the last two i have spotted day 20 and full on bled day 22 with my normal AF showing her ugly head on day 28. cycles have always been normal and spotting on and off over the years, but NEVER have i bled full on AF looking bled for a few hours before. its very disheartening. Have any of you ladies ever had this and still went on to conceive???
The doc told me to come in for a scan but it may show nothing that he thinks its not dangerous!!! maybe not but how do i conceive with my lining shedding so early in my cycle and only after i had a surgery that was supposed to clean my womb out :cry:
any advice would be gratefully appriciated

I have a had hysteroscopies twice and both times my cycle has gotten wonky afterwards, so it is possible that it's just your reproductive system going a little crazy after your surgery. May not be likely, it wasn't for me, but in the end my Dr/nurse agreed it was possible.

The length of your cycle at 22 days is a little troublesome, but you can't know for sure until you track when you are ovulating, so you know when you are releasing a follie and how long your luteal phase is. If your LP is 12-14 days long, it should be okay (11 days long is probably ok too). . . so long as you are ovulating a mature egg. They can gauge that by ultrasound. If your LP is short, they can give you progesterone to lengthen it. Can be indication of thyroid problem or just low prog as we age.

Now, if you are not ovulating at all, that's a different story. Again, could just be recovering, so you may need to be patient for a couple months, or could be a sign of something else going on.
