Well i have won the discussion of me and hubby needing a tumble dryer :smug: what do you ladies recommend?

Don't get a condenser dryer if you can help it. I had to have one as I have no outside wall but It seems to take ages compared to my last one. Both were hotpoint Aquarius and I've had no problems with either.

I have a Whiteknight condenser dryer and I would recommend it

I have a vented dryer so the pipe just gets shoved out of the window :haha: Think it is a make called Creda or something, only a cheap one but does the job!

The best decision we ever made was to get a tumble dryer!

With the vented ones could i just get a bucket for the water too?

God my tumble dryer is ancient! It was my dads for years before we got it 4 years ago! Its been fab and never ever stopped working and it gets used daily, will go see what brand it actually is...

I think ours is white knight too. It's ok seems to take an awful long time to dry te clothes though. Its also really noisy

beko B rated condeser, havent noticed any change with my electric use (we on payu) and it only takes about 40mins for a 7kg load. its fab, cant recommend high enough! x

I have a Whirlpool 6th sense condenser dryer. It weighs the clothes & it stops when the clothes are dry, so it's economical & you don't have to fully load it to save electricity.

I prefer a condenser dryer as you can move it around.
