Red blood and constipation during O anyone????

Hi guys I had a question....
I confirmed ovulation with an OPK but I never had red blood with my clear dscharge ? anyone have this? Also I noticed I am very constipated...is this normal or is something else going on here? Please help!!!

I'm not sure about the constipation but the red blood is probably ovulation spotting. It can happen and its normal.

Heya,
I sometimes get streaks of blood in with my Ewcm but not always and I think with or without is pretty normal so dont worry too much about that. Good Luck
