Red bumps! Itches like crazy!

I have had this on my leg for a few months now. It started out, what I thought was ringworm, but I'm not so sure anymore. I have cleaned it with everything imaginable! My LO had folliculitis about a month ago, so it may be that. I am a very clean person and shower daily. Can anyone tell me what this might be? Please help!!!

I have had ring worn several times but it has never appeared like that. It was always in a perfect circle about the size of a 5p and that one patch felt like I had goose bump on it. It was never red nor itchy. Sorry I can't really be of any help, that looks pretty sore though x

Possible dermatitis herpetaformis? It is something that happens with celiac disease. It is meant to itch like crazy and sounds how you describe this.
