hi
i'm 23+2 and the past 2 days I've barely felt baby move.
he's usually pretty consistent, moving around the time everyday.
I usually wake up to him moving, then again around lunch time, then when I am at work around half 4 then on and off all evening.
but barely anything but the odd poke here and there since yesterday morning.
I have midwife tomorrow. is it worth mentioning it to her?

I would I went to triage at 24 weeks with Chad because he wasn't moving much .. They say u count the kicks after 28 weeks but Chad was moving a lot before then only uno what's normal just mention it to her and I'm sure she will be listening in for heartbeat so that can help put ur mind at ease x

I was told 24 weeks when pregnant with kyle can't remember who told me that though. I know with him I had a lot of reduced movements but that started at 33 weeks.

I would mention it but peace of mind. I have days though where I don't feel much movement and then the next day, he'll be back to normal.
They say count the kicks for 3rd tri unless you're a high risk pregnancy, in which case they suggest starting at 25 weeks.

I am high risk for iugr. his legs were already measuring 2 weeks behind at my 20 week scan, but i'm high risk for a lot of reasons.

I'd defo mention it Hun best to be safe he will be just fine but will put ur mind at risk x

This is so worrisome. I didn't feel my baby move for two days ( Saturday and Sunday). I would have went to the er but I had just had an ultrasound on Friday. I have a doppler and her heartbeat was still there and very strong. Still dopplers don't mean everything is ok so I worried. Today she started moving again a lot. I feel so much better. I know it's worrisome but I think babies can change position and that can determine if you feel them a lot. I also think they have growth spurts and tucker themselves out. Try drinking some orange juice or something cold and sugary to see if baby moves. It usually works for my little girl, but the two days i couldn't feel her nothing worked. Hope everything turns out ok with you and little bean.

he started moving round quite a bit about an hour after posting.
I still spoke to the midwife and she said that at this stage baby is about the same size as the placenta so not all movements will be felt.
