Its just I saw someon who was a new recent member with a (1), who actually ended up being a troll and I have a (0)...Didnt know if maybe it was a two strikes and your out...

You can still put a member name in when you sign up if a friend told you about the site for example. It doesn't do anything really

Oooh, I thought it was when you had a post referred to a mod for breaking one of the rules
