Do any of you have experience sending your reflux baby to daycare? How was that experience and do you have advice on how to make it easier for your LO and the staff there? Our daughter has reflux and is on meds but still has rough spells.
We have a nanny for our toddler and 5 month old but we aren't able to sustain this financially much longer. We thought we could make it work since hubby and I were both working again. But unexpected expenses are making it very hard to continue to employ this nanny (At 40% of our total income) who also seems to have given up on trying to figure out our daughter. They got to a bettwr replace for a couple weeks but now our daughter has gone back to crying most of the day with her at least 2-3 days per week. So we're trying to figure out if she would be ok in daycare or if we should put kids through another transition and try to find nanny with a lower rate...but potentially less patience/experience to deal with reflux flare ups and fussiness. Any thought from your own experience?
