Refusing a bottle? Advice needed!

Long story short, going back to work soon and LO will NOT take a bottle, I genuinely think he doesn't know what to do with it! He will drink from an open cup, but will just chew on the bottle teat!

Does anyone have any advice?!

Have tried leaving the house so he can't smell me, tried giving it to him in a non nursing position..

My now 2 year old daughter was the same and now my 6 month old son is following the same path too. My lg never had a bottle I. Tried lots of different ones and she settled for a tomme tippee soft spout bottle, at the min my little boy will take a little out of a tommee tippee free flow. Have you thought about trying different bottles?
Or can't you just give it him in a cup if that's what he will already drink from?
