regulated period with pcos

2010- diagnosed with pcos
2011-miscarried 3
2012-miscarried 3
2013-miscarried 1

all very early stages on provera, used metformin didnt help

2014
jan- provera period nothing abusual, got in contact with ex bf sister who now has 4 kids we are like best friends again
febuaary- period started naturally *very happy* decided to go on for a month quit smoking
march-still bleeding until 23rd heavy
april 23rd- one day blood, next day brown discharge wierd thing was only when i wiped did i see either so went to doctor she didnt know referred me to pelvic scan an cancer test she said she saw lots of brown discharge inside me *sorry tmi* continued on an off all month
may 23rd- normal red period and pains started *very happy* period ended 1st may so a normal 9 days

very unexpected very happy and not sure why any ideas?

and still getting very overwhelmed that everyone seems to be getting pregnant except me.... i got lower cramps at the moment and im praying that its my ovulation any one else experiance this sort of things? can my period regulate with pcos and why now?

It sounds great!
Back in 2011, during 3 months in a row. I've had my period on the same day of the month. Then it went a bir crazy, last year I also had three 35 days cycles. And now they are 42 days, except the medicated cycle I've just had.
