Repeatedly twisting ankle

Anyone suffering from repeated twisted ankles? My ankles keep giving way, just randomly... not wearing high heels or falling over either. I never had this problem in previous pregnancies. I have twisted my ankle more times in the last few weeks than in my whole life previously

Ugh, that's the worst! I had a period of time when I did that pre-pregnancy, when I was overweight (almost as much as I am now, 9 months pregnant). I've been so paranoid about starting the chain again while pregnant - I walk very carefully now. Once it's weakened, it just seems like it keeps happening... and our extra weight and pregnancy imbalance doesn't help matters.

Go put your feet up. Hope your body can get its act together again soon!
