Does anyone know the best way to repair a punctured wheel on a Jane Powertwin or where I can get a new wheel?

I appear to have taken the pram over some metal shavings and two of my wheels have punctured. I've only had the pram since January so I'm sick as a chip. I can't afford to buy a new twin pram that's for sure and I'm feeling rather over emotional about the whole thing - darn these postnatal hormones ;oD

Thank you

Cara

One of my tyres on my urban detour pushchair popped and it was gonna cost me £30-£40 from mothercare, cos you cant replace the tyres, so i rang my local bike repairman and he gave me a new tyre for a tenner. dont know if thats any help hun.

We have a Jane Nomad and one of the front wheels has just broken, so I'll be interested too if anyone knows where you can get a replacement.

I popped one of my quinny buzz tyres and it cost me a fiver for a new inner tube +fitting from our local bike shop. Managed to get a bloody earring in my bugaboo tyre in topshop yesterday and had right fun and games trying to drag my pushchair and a wriggly 10 month old plus all the crap that goes with them to the car on my own! I got in the car and cried too so can sympathise! try a local bike shop

My more sensible and rational husband took the tyre to a bike shop and they were able to fit a new inner tube - phew!

I did find a website that sells replacement tyres and inner tubes tho so I might buy a few to keep incase of emergencies.
