TOPIC/DESCRIPTION:
We are conducting a study regarding Infertility Technology. If you are a woman between the ages of 25-39 yrs. old and was diagnosed with Infertility within the past 4-5 years and either took Assisted Reproductive Technology within the past year or are currently taking it, we would like to hear your opinions on the topic. Everything is and will be kept strictly confidential for internal research purposes only!
