Return of menses while EBF?

I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old and co-sleeping. With my first baby I did not get my period back until she was 14 months old. With #1 after my lochia I had no spotting, nothing at all until I got my regular cycles back. With this baby I had lochia for six weeks, then at 8 weeks I had 2 days of spotting, then at 12 weeks I had 2 days of spotting. Has this happened to anyone? I haven't had any fertile signs so I am pretty sure I am not ovulating. We have been using the lactation amnoreeha method of birth control, which is supposedly 98% effective for the first six months. I am hoping its not related to my fertility because I don't want to get pregnant and I am not ready to get my IUD yet either.

I got my period back full force at 10 weeks post partum. I was very sad.

I stopped bleeding 2 weeks pp and had spotting at 6 weeks. MW said it was my period but I think it might have been from getting a bit rough with sex before being back to normal. Now 7 months and nothing since then. I'm actually hoping to be fertile sooner rather than later but no sign of a period yet. When you get your period back before 6 months EBFing I believe it's unusual to be fertile on your first cycle, though not impossible.

Over 13 months here and still no sign of af......thing is, I'd really like to get pregnant again as soon as possible

After my first baby, I got my cycle back 3 months post partum, after this second baby 2months. I exclusively breastfeed ( as I did with my first). I would never trust breastfeeding as contraception. Yikes. ( we use condoms.....)

I've had some dark brown spotting but nothing I could really call a period at 14 months.

I should add, I'm on cerazette at the mo so that will probably influence things.
