... does anyone know if you can return nappies?

We bought 2 packs of Huggies Natural Fit last week and they're no good for Alfie. They leak frequently, leave red marks on his legs and occasionally the gel crystals leak so he's covered in them. I've even been making sure to change him every 2/3 hours to prevent these problems but it still happens. His sheets have been changed twice this week and he leaked again last night, we've never had these problems before.

I've nearly finished the first pack but don't even want to bother with the second one, if I take them back to Tesco will they let me swap them for another brand?

I had that exact problem with Huggies when Will was small, though I didn't try to return them, think there weren't many left so I gave them to someone else. x

I managed to exchange them for a pack of pampers, hopefully I'll have a break from washing sheets this week lol.

We bought a big box of Huggies Superdry for Anna - was £9.

I always had used pampers but got the huggies as they were on, offer. They were fine during the day, but 4 nights in a row Anna was wet through in the morning.

I emailed Huggies, you can do it on their site and they ask for the barcode on the nappies, within 2 weeks they sent me £18 worth of Huggies vouchers.......ok useless if you will never use huggies again, but I used huggies newborn nappies and they were fine at the start and we have another baby on the way so it will go towards that!

Email them first, and hopefully you will get some vouchers, and also take them back to Tesco and tell them they are rubbish- they will let you take something else no problems (might need a receipt though)

Thanks for letting me know that. I've exchanged the second packet but still have the other half of the first packet upstairs so I'll email them with that barcode number :flower:
