Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone here gets rolled holiday pay. It basically is that you get a higher hourly rate, but when you take leave you don't get pay (you've already been paid it through the year). It is legal as long as the increase is listed separately as holiday pay.
How do you find it?
My boss is changing to it soon. I think for us it will benefit us, as I don't always want to take holiday-we don't go abroad, so the odd day here and there is fine for me
