Dear current and future mums,

I had my embryo transfer yesterday. Today, I saw my bus and without thinking much, I jogged 15m to catch it. Now I'm consumed in guilt, thinking I messed up the implantation process.

Would be super grateful if you could give me a feedback and / or share your experience with running (by mistake) after the embryo transfer.

Thank you so much! xx irene (from Berlin)

Embryo should be just fine. There are ladies out there that jog or run every day while pregnant. Good luck!

You should be ok! Most exercise is ok when pregnant. It’s more the heavy lifting and abdomen exercises that are more concerning. I’ve seen women weight lifting and doing yoga all through their pregnancy.

I know it’s not the same but when ttc exercise is encouraged as it increases blood flow and helps with implantation.
