SA for hubby

I am sure this question has been asked before, but I hope you don't mind giving me some inputs. My hubby has SA scheduled for next week. We were planning to get the sample at home, then take it to the clinic about 3 miles away. My question is, where did you carry it on your way to the clinic?

The container is kinda big, so I dont think it will fit in a pocket. How else? The whole thing seems so ackward and embarassing! If I stash it into my blouse, I'd die of embarrassment taking it out in front of other people. What's the best way to keep it at "body tmp"?

I'd love any inputs you could give Any other advice or suggestions are wholeheartedly welcomed!

They say to put it between your breasts. I know it's embarrassing, but it keeps it at body temp and you really don't want to risk the sample to save yourself 5 seconds of embarrassment. The doctors/nurses shouldn't even think twice about it, and you can be sneaky about it! It'll be fine, good luck!

I agree with Emily, well thats what I did with OH's sample anyway that way its kept at body temperature.

My DH put his in the top pocket of his puffa-jacket - and kept his hand over it.

I guess this might look odd, if it's not a cold day!

When we took my oh to the clinic last week ... We parked up a really quiet side lane with no houses about 2 mins from the hospital and he done it there .. On the 2 mins to the hospital I was driving an kept it between my legs and when I got out to take into the building I just held it in my hand

Didn't care what anyone thought!

Oh and the reason he done it up a lane was because we live far ish away from the hospital and it was rush hour traffic .. Never would of got there within the hour

And wanted the best results

I put it in my leggings, on my stomach. It made a bump, so I had my hand on it all the time.
No-one notices these things do they? Just don't make eye contact

I put my dh's sample in down my trousers right next to my tummy and wore a fleece and a coat to keep my tummy warm x

Aww thanks so much ladies for all the advice. I'll let you know how it went - and where I stuffed it Its going to be interesting, since I took an appointment at 8 in the morning - right before work. Collecting sample in formal work wear...hmmmm

sooo we submitted the sample today. Hubby was so nonchalant about it! He did his job, stuffed into his jacket inner pocket (luckily it was coldish today morning) and dropped it off!
fingers crossed and waiting for the results, prob next week.
