Sainsburys intervew

I have an interview at sainsburys and involves a test, has anybody done this? Im a bit nervous x x

There's a few basic maths questions and a few 'customer service' scenarios. It's done on a DVD. I would say the whole thing took about 45 mins but that's mainly because you have to watch the DVD lol. It's really simple.

I had an interview last year with them and I found it to be very laid back and they just want genuine enthusiastic people who want to 'work with people' which seemed to come up a lot. Do you know what the position is?

best of luck hun. I wish I could have taken the job - ended up in a call centre I would rather have gone to sainsbury's lol.

i worked for sainsburys several years ago. Back then they were very much about the emphasis on good customer service and making the customer have as nice an experience as possible - loads of smiling, chatting, being as helpful as possible etc. Let us know how you get on , and if you get the job can you let me know if they are still using the fire training video of Chichester burning down? we had to watch it every three months as fire training.

Its very simple, I wouldnt be too nervous about it.. I know thats easier said than done! Ive been working with sainsburys for 5 years now. Good luck x
