Sandwiches for 7 month olds!

Ideas please!
LO is on breakfast & dinner atm, I'm looking to introduce lunch.
What bread do you use? LOs favourite sandwich fillings?

I just use normal brown bread. My LO seems to prefer toast most of the time but will have either. He enjoys simple things like cheese, ham (or cheese and ham together). He also likes egg mayo and occasionally pate (only a small amount as it can be salty).

I use white bread, cut off the crusts.

I give a little cheese
Cheese triangles (as a cheese spread)
Little bit of ham
Tuna
Sometimes just bread and butter
There's peanut butter but I give my dog this in her bone so I just associate it with that ha!

Hi,

I use crusty chunky brown bread (he loves sucking on the crusts!) and put avocado, cream cheese, humous, scrambled eggs, mashed homemade meatballs often with a tiny smear of marmite on top.

LO is 7 months old - haven't sorted ticker out yet!!

My LO is 12 months and struggles with bread, I think it sticks to the roof of her mouth, so we toast it for her and she manages a lot better!

at 7 months my girl liked dairylea sandwiches, or mashed banana ones.. on white bread, no crusts I had a sandwich cutter in the shape of a loveheart, haha.. stupid but it was an easy way to get rid of the crusts and made the sandwich quite "grabbable"

My friends LO likes marmite sandwiches! I can't think of anything worse!

I use whatever bread we've got at the time, I don't cut the crusts off and never have - just never saw the point He likes cheese (slices and cream cheese), tuna, humus, egg etc x
