Scan pictures in teen pregnancy section?

In the teen pregnancy section it displays this:

"Please note: BabyandBump has introduced a new rule that affects anyone posting scan pictures. Scans will no longer be accepted cropped or with unreadable scan data. The only information that may be removed are names from the second letter onwards (leaving the first initial of each name). [Read More]"

But I've only seen it in the Teen Pregnancy section. Is there a reason it's only in that section?

Yes, because we find ourselves having to alter/removed/enforce that rules more in that section than anywhere else on the forum.
