Scared after early scan

Had my early scan Thursday, at 7w1d after last AF, hoping to see a heart beat. Only measured 3w... doctor said maybe I just had late OV, but I am so scared.

Next scan scheduled for 4/21 and I don't know how I'm going to wait that long.

Hun I'm in a similar position. I went for early scan at lmp 8 weeks and only measured 5. I'm convinced I can't possibly be that early though as for me it means I got a positive preggo test before I even conceived. I had a mmc in jan and am convinced it's happening again although I still have hope for a miracle. I will keep everything crossed for you flower XXXXXXX

Beadette, yes I was LMP 7 and only measured 5, so small they weren't even sure about anything. My second MC was a MMC at 12wk, so I understand the fear. I've never had a good experience with an u/s. They thought they were doing me a favor by scanning so early...

I'm praying for your Monday scan, and hopefully everything will work out for both of us.

I hope so too hun - our stories are similar. I had my first MMC diagnosed at scan at 12+4 - growth stopped at 6 weeks! That was dec/jan and this has now happened x x x x

Hope everything goes well. i know how hard it is i had a missed miscarriage i started bleeding at 11weeks baby had stopped growing at 7.

Just an update that everything went well. I measured at 6w 4d, so my dates were way off... First time I've ever had a happy u/s. We even heard the heartbeat. Thanks so much for all your thoughts and encouragement.
