Scared

I had an early loss in my last cycle, and am currently 3dpo and waiting to test. I'm so hopeful for my rainbow, but so so scared at the same time. I'm afraid that when I do get pregnant, I'm not going to be able to relax or enjoy it.

Hi Stella,
I know exactly how you feel. I had a loss in February and each month I'm scared to get my period, but I'm also scared if I don't that it will all happen again. Hang in there, I guess we just have to remember that every pregnancy is different, so just because we had a loss before doesn't mean it will happen again. It's hard to listen to that logic though and relax. Hoping that you get your BFP and that you can enjoy it without worry! Please keep us posted!

Chances are you will have a healthy pregnancy and then wish you hadn't wasted half of it worrying. Honestly I am not sure you can stop the worry. Try to relax and enjoy each moment but there is no sense in stressing about worrying, you just have to do your best. Its always hard after a MC and there isnt really a right way to feel or deal with it.

Hey hun, I understand your fears honey. I lost mine at 10 weeks back in Feburary, and worry about getting pregnant again. Especially with my spinal issues, but if you get your BFP enjoy your rainbow baby Good luck honey! Here if you need someone to talk to.

Thank you so much ladies. It's funny how I'm not even pregnant yet and already worrying. I need to take your advice and relax. I think I'm extra scared because I'm still nursing and worried about low progesterone, but we will see what happens. I need to stop blaming myself and try to calm down. Thanks so much for understanding and letting me know I'm not alone.
