Scars disappearing during pregnancy?

Over a year ago, I fell while running and slid across the pavement, which resulted in a huge, dark, nasty scar on my knee. I tried bio-oil for many months to make it fade, but it never got any better.

Even just last week, the scar had its normal appearance. But today I wore a skirt and was absolutely freaked to see the scar has almost 100% disappeared.

Has anyone experienced anything like this, or heard of it happening? I can't think of any reason it would essentially disappear overnight, and am curious if it's somehow related to my pregnancy.

That would be really lucky I dread getting a bite or cut when I'm pregnant because it takes forever to heal and the scars and bruises also seem to last for so much longer.

..so ofcourse I tripped going up the stairs and banged my legs against the edge pf the stairs *lol* perfectly fine but have a nasty mark on my knee not fun in the summer
