School shoes in tiny sizes

LO is nearly four and starting school next month. He needs black leather-look shoes as a part of his uniform, and they must be velcro so teachers don't have to help them put them on and take them off. These shoes are everywhere but I can't find any smaller than a size 8. His feet are a 6/7 depending on the shop. Any ideas where I can get some that ideally don't cost a fortune? Clarks or brantanos. I do appreciate they're a bit more expensive but they last much longer in my experience. Or you could look in an outlet store or ebay if you get his feet measured first

DD has small feet and Debenhams are always good for shoes for her where others aren't (a lot of other stores only have pre-walkers in her size ). They have a measuring thing at the one near me but I think it is just use yourself, no one has ever offered to measure for us anyway!

Don't think they do measure hun. I ordered two pairs of boots for Adam because I'm not sure what like there sizes were, hope at least one pair will fit!

In mine they have a sticker thing of a big foot which the LO stands on and it has sizes on it, I'm not sure what size it starts at but it doesn't do v small sizes. Then there is a measuring thing that you put your LO's foot on with a strap around it which starts small but it's always just been propped against a seat, not obvious at all!
