who else is from scotland? i only know of 2 people from scotland on here at the moment and its kind of a struggle to find people around me who might know a bit more about where to find things out etc

so if your from scotland feel free to introduce yourself

I think she is from aberdeen yeah, so a fair bit away from all of us lol.
It was so annoying at first because I always seen teen meets and stuff and was like "hmmm hopefully there will be a glasgow one" and there never was. Everyone seems to be mostly from England and USA.

But see you girlies have already mentioned me thanks & i would love a meet in Glasgow, Its only a few hours away and i cud make a weekend of it, get some shopping done

A meet in Glasgow would be good - I seem to have lost all my 'friends' now they're 18 and want to go out and get drunk and what have you. Apparently no one was to invite a pregnant girl anywhere, because we're no 'fun'. Pffft!
No doubt they'll come running when baby comes to swoon over him and stuff, but I don't think so. Can't use my baby like that!

Yeah, 2 weeks tomorrow till my due date, although my wee man is giving no signs what so ever that he is ready to come at all

rubixcyoob i know exactly what u mean, all my friends from college and that don't really seem too bother about going out etc with me any more even though i dont mind going out and not drinking kwim? but i dont get asked out with them anymore which is quite poo but we all used to go out in glasgow every couple of weeks or something like that and now i dnt hear anything off them about nights out, they all still check in with me and stuff to see how im getting on so its not too bad, and a couple still come and see me and i go see them (but those 2 are the under 18's ... what a shocker there !)

i just dont see how us being pregnant means we are no fun? i get that we get tired quicker but still we just sleep more in the day before we go out and we'll be fine ?? whats the big deal?

sorry for the mini rant there ... and a glasgow meet sounds fab because i can get the train in wooot !!!!!!

Shona I know what you mean. In Uni it was different because we all lived in dorms and I could pop to and fro from seeing people and OH was only upstairs so everything was great. However, since I've been back only 2 friends properly talk to me. One of them is in Africa for 5 weeks though, back for a day and off to Italy for 3 weeks so I won't see her for ages and the other one, while still talking to me and checking up on me etc. does invite me out sometimes but she gets invited out with others who don't invite me (regardless of us all being close friends for 5 years!). Sometimes I just feel so lonely. I love it when my OH is here or I'm with him though.

Yeah I would love a Glasgow meet, I definately think I'd get on with you girls but I do think Sam's right, me and her are due really soon and the lucky one she is she's getting little maybe signs while I'm getting nothing. But I don't think either of us could handle walking around town for even a few hours and it would be terrifying for me to go into labour in the middle of Glasgow lol
